The investment professionals at JWC combine backgrounds in both financial and operating disciplines. Our Financial Partners have substantial financial expertise and private equity investment experience, while our Operating Partners bring to bear complementary, proven management and operating skills. Each Operating Partner was the Chief Executive Officer of a successful middle-market leveraged buyout or privately held growth company, and each also had many years of management experience with major US corporations. While they are not active in the daily management of portfolio companies, the Operating Partners add an important perspective to the firm’s investment evaluation and due diligence process, and serve as a valuable resource for our management partners.
